When We Accept Exchanges or Replacements

While we don’t offer general returns, we’re always here to set things right if:

  • You’ve received a defective or damaged product.
  • An item in your order is missing.
  • You have received a completely different product.

 

To Be Eligible, Please Reach Out Within 24 Hours of Delivery

Kindly share a complete unpacking video of your parcel without any cuts for any type of exchange. Make sure defects, all the products and shipping label are clearly visible in the video.

Personalized / Customised Products

Personalized products are created especially for you, from scratch, only after your order is received. These are handcrafted as per your selected customization and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless there is a genuine defect or issue from our side.

We hope you understand that such pieces are made uniquely and cannot be resold or reused.

 

How the Exchange Process Works

Once your exchange/replacement is approved:

  • We’ll arrange a pickup within 1–2 working days.
  • Please pack the product securely in the original box, with tags intact.
  • Once it reaches us, we’ll ship the new piece within 3–5 working days.
